Cancellation & No-Show Policy
At Lashes by Anna, I value your time and mine. To provide the best service for all clients, I kindly ask that you respect the following cancellation policy:
Appointments • All appointments must be confirmed with a deposit (if applicable). • Please arrive on time. Being more than 10 minutes late may result in a shortened service or a cancellation, and your deposit will be forfeited.
Cancellations • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment. • If you cancel within 24 hours, your deposit will be non-refundable and a new deposit will be required for future bookings.
No-Shows • No-shows will result in a charge of 100% of the service cost. • After a no-show, I may require full payment in advance for any future bookings.
Rescheduling • You may reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before your booking, subject to availability.
